GREEK SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY: proportionality principle breach with a reference in a newspaper article to movable property seized

The Authority has examined a complain against a joint-stock company named PUBLICATIONS FIRST THEME PUBLISHING LTD, on a publication of an article on a paper edition of the newspaper PROTO THEMA, with a detailed report on movable property seized of the complainant.

Keeping in mind the article 85 of the GDPR and the article 28 of the Law n. 4624/2019, the Authority has censured for verified breach of limits of the proportionality principle.
