NORWEGIAN SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY: The Oslo District Court upholds the fine against Grindr

The Oslo district court has today delivered a verdict in the Grindr case, and the state won. The district court ruled that Grindr did not have valid consents to hand over personal data to advertising partners, and that data about use of the app is sensitive information. The infringement fee of NOK 65 million was maintained.
