NORWEGIAN SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY: EDPB: The Norwegian Data Protection Authority cannot impose daily fines in cross-border cases

The EDPB has made its decision in the Meta case and has decided that the Norwegian Data Protection Authority cannot issue daily fines to Meta and other international companies.
