CZECH SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY: Czech DPA imposed fine of 351 million CZK for GDPR infringement

DUTCH SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY: Uber fined €10 million for infringement of privacy regulations

The Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP) is imposing a fine of €10 million on Uber Technologies, Inc. and Uber B.V. (‘Uber’). The fine is in response to the company’s failure to disclose the full details of its retention periods for data concerning European drivers, or to name the non-European countries in which it shares this data. POLISH SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY: A fine of PLN 100,000 for disclosure of health data

The President of the Personal Data Protection Office imposed a fine of PLN 100,000 (about 23,000 €) on the Minister of Health for disclosing data on one person’s health status.
