The Authority has investigated on a complaint about the sending of a not required emails by a representant elected by the federal government. Due to its importance and for the need of a deep investigation and an additional analysis, the case is postponed to the plenary section in order to decide if the communication with its content of the contested email, does not refers directly and immediately to the political communication, is part of the legislation on of the personal data protection for political purposes.
