All managers and executors of processing, regardless of activity, process personal data of their employees and associates.
The employee’s data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the employer’s legal obligations, fulfilling the rights and obligations from the employment contract and employment relationship, realizing the employer’s legitimate interests, etc.
The processing of employee data begins with the publication of an advertisement for a vacant position or the collection of open applications from interested candidates, and continues even after the termination of the employment relationship. During this entire time, it is necessary to ensure the legality of the processing and adequately protect the data, as well as the privacy of the workers.

It is intended primarily for micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs and craftsmen, but also for all other interested employers/organizations/data protection officers.
