The CNPD has adopted the very first sectoral GDPR Code of Conduct in Luxembourg developed by the Fonds de Formation Sectoriel pour l’Intérim (FSI), together with FEDIL Employment Services (F.E.S.).
In addition to certification, the code of conduct is one of the voluntary compliance tools provided for under the GDPR.
This code of conduct, which reflects the commitment of the temporary employment sector in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to clarify and concretise the implementation of the GDPR, will be presented at an event organised by the FSI on Wednesday 26 February 2025 from 6 p.m. at the restaurant La Table du Belvédère (4, place de l’Europe, Luxembourg) in the presence of Mr Georges Mischo, Minister of Labour.
