Today, January 28, 2023, the World Privacy Day is celebrated for the 17th time. Data protection organizations around the world organize various presentations and awareness raising about data protection issues in connection with the day.

Several templates of labels for electronic monitoring and templates for training that must be provided to the data subject when electronic monitoring is carried out were also published , which are intended to assist the responsible party to comply with the requirements of the legislation regarding the training obligation. New guidelines were also published on the handling of e-mail and the use of the Internet by employees at work .
